How the U.S. collects Iran intelligence

According to the New York Times the United States collects information on Iran in the following order:

1. Scrambling (and probably cursing).

2. Amateur YouTube videos.

3. Twitter.

4. Facebook.

5. ‘A small outpost in Dubai,’ where about six diplomats send ‘hourly reports’ to Washington, D.C.

6. The C.I.A., which ‘elevated Iran as a spying priority by creating a special division in the agency’s clandestine service to coordinate all human espionage operations against Iran.’

7. Everyday ‘minutiae.’
