Will Reporters Without Borders protect them?

Two Palestinian journalists from Israeli-occupied East Jerusalem were sentenced to two months imprisonment for ‘breaching military censorship regulations’ on the Israeli side of Gaza in January. They are being jailed for essentially doing their job: reporting on military activity. A civilian court in Jerusalem said their imprisonment was ‘intended to deter others.’ Because they are said to have been reporting for Iranian media, I am concerned that Reporters Without Borders will not investigate or condemn this event.
